Step-by-Step Guide to Going Live on Poppo Live
Open the Poppo Live App > Click on Live Button.
First, open the Poppo Live application on your mobile device. Make sure you’re logged in to your account. Once the app is open, tap on the “Live” option to begin the broadcasting process.

Complete Face Authentication > Verify Your Face in Real-Time.
Before going live, Poppo Live requires face verification for security purposes. Here’s how to do it: Click Face Authentication. Upload a Passport-Size Photo – Ensure your face is visible. Click “Complete” and then crop the photo to adjust it to the required size.
After uploading your photo, you’ll need to perform a live face scan: Click “Start to Certify” This will activate your front camera. Follow the On-Screen Instructions – Move your head as shown in the example image (image will be displayed).
Wait for Approval ( Approx 30 Minutes).
Once you’ve completed the face scan, Poppo Live will review your submission.
You’ll receive a notification or message within 30 minutes confirming whether your verification was approved or declined.
If approved, you’re all set to go live! If declined, you’ll need to repeat the face verification process.
